What an incredible few days at the Australian Sheep and Wool Show.

A huge congratulations to all exhibitors — just making it to Bendigo is a feat in itself, and the quality of animals on display this year was outstanding.

It was especially wonderful to welcome interstate members of the Valais Blacknose Sheep Society of Australia. Your effort, energy, and enthusiasm meant so much. The entire weekend was filled with encouragement, laughter, and genuine support. It’s moments like these that truly show the strength and heart of our Valais Society community.

Thank You

  • To our judge, Ben Simmons, for his time and thoughtful commentary.
  • To our hardworking stewards for keeping things running smoothly.
  • To our family and friends for your support, helping hands, and steady presence behind the scenes. It really does take a team.
  • To Steph Robinson, thank you for your assistance in the ring — your skill helped our team shine.
  • To the sponsors of the Valais awards, your support is invaluable and plays a key role in encouraging excellence within the breed.
  • And finally, to everyone for the smiles, cheers, and encouragement across the weekend — it’s this community spirit that makes showing so enjoyable.
